Safeguards enough to prevent 66A abuse?
The government may say section 66A of the IT act is well-intentioned but the Supreme Court has made it clear that misuse of Section 66A cannot be tolerated. The court was dealing with the PIL of a student who says Section 66A has to be scrapped altogether.
