Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik crafted a sand sculpture to congratulate PM-designate Narendra Modi at a seashore in Odisha's Puri, ahead of his swearing-in ceremony, which is scheduled to take place today at 7:15 pm. The intricate sand art, created at the Puri beach, features a detailed image of Narendra Modi along with the message "ABHINANDAN MODI JI 3.0". Accompanying this congratulatory note, Mr Pattnaik also inscribed "VIKSIT BHARAT" below the artwork.
