Sania Mirza to Nurture Next Generation of Indian Tennis
Indian tennis star Sania Mirza launched SMTA Grassroot Level Academy, a project of her mother, for kids aged between three and eight. Saina said kids need to take up the sport at the age of three or four due to the competitive nature of tennis. The 30-year-old also added that all the best tennis players started playing from an early age. It is second such project for Hyderabad girl after the launch of Sania Mirza Tennis Academy (SMTA) in 2013.
