Sara Lee wants higher price for stake sale

Godrej Consumer's plan to buy Sara Lee's remaining stake in their joint venture seems to have hit a roadblock. Given the turnaround in the economy, Sara Lee is now quoting a 40 per cent higher price than what Godrej had estimated.
