SAT order: Are investors losing out?
It may be a small judgement in the larger scheme of things but has implications which could make life easier for companies acquiring and making open offer to get a larger holding from the public.The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) took a decision on striking down SEBI's direction to German company Heidelberg to hike its open offer price.
