The smog, thick and unforgiving, has cloaked Delhi in a blanket of pollution so intense that it's not just the city's landmarks but its very breath that's being obscured. In response to this hazardous air quality, with an AQI skyrocketing to 428, the Delhi government has now escalated to GRAP 3 - an urgent plea to clear the air.
