M Damodaran, chairman of Sebi talks to NDTV about stock markets and hedge funds. He says, "Hedge funds clearly are acknowledged for playing a part and for bringing liquidity into the market, but there are also regulatory concerns about them that whose money is it, and who the real investor is."
