Second BMW case stirs up sentiments
Utsav Bhasin, a 19-year-old boy charged with driving his BMW into a motorcyle on a deserted Delhi road late at night, now faces up to 10 years in jail if found guilty. After the death of one of the young men in hospital, Anuj Singh, the charge against him has been changed from reckless driving to culpable homicide. With this the lives of two fathers, and indeed two families, have changed forever.
