Second infiltration bid in a week in J&K
Just a few days after one of the longest and bloodiest encounters in recent times ended in Kupwara, the Army was faced with another major infiltration bid in the Gurez sector Jammu and Kashmir. According to sources, 10-15 terrorists were trying to infiltrate when they were engaged by the Army in an encounter that began early Thursday morning. They added that one terrorist has been killed.
