Second phase of polling begins in J&K
Jammu and Kashmir is voting on Sunday in its second phase of polling. Strict security arrangements have been made, especially in light of an incident on Saturday in which there was violence in Baramulla. A local Congress candidate's guards had opened fire on protestors killing two people there.
