Security stepped up along TN coast
Danushkodi, which is the southern tip of coastal Tamil Nadu, is just few hours away from Sri Lanka by boat. And after the suicide bomb attack in Colombo on Tuesday, security has been put on high alert in anticipation of an increase in influx of refugees. All across Danushkodi, police are busy meeting local people asking them to not entertain unknown people in their boats or at home.
