Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad, who has been banned by airlines after he thrashed an Air India manager last month, has now sent a letter to the Aviation Minister expressing regret for his behaviour hours after he said in parliament that he would apologise to the House but not to the airline. Shiv Sena has threatened to not let Air India flights take off from Mumbai Airport till the flight ban on Gaikwad is lifted. They also said that they will not attend the NDA meeting if the matter is not resolved by April 10.
