Recently, the Executive Chairman of agency, Saatchi & Saatchi, Kevin Roberts spoke of women lacking in vertical ambition. Some months back, Gustavo Martinez of JWT too was accused of making "sexist & racist" remarks, by an employee of the agency. We got industry leaders from advertising, marketing, media and start-ups to discuss and deliberate on whether "gender bias" and sexual harassment is a reality in Indian advertising and marketing agencies.
