Shashi Tharoor On Government's Fiscal Target
Congress leader Shashi Tharoor tells NDTV that the government's revenue projections are "totally unrealistic". "The BJP government has missed its fiscal targets every year. Last year's 3.8% is only the centre's fiscal deficit. There have been borrowings from state governments and public sector institutions, which have pushed the fiscal deficit up," Mr Tharoor said.
