The Shiv Sena has stirred a fresh controversy by saying in an editorial in its mouthpiece Saamna "revoke the voting rights of Muslims." That's the Shiv Sena's solution to expose those claiming to be leaders of the Muslim community. The Sena's sabre rattling comes as the Owaisi brothers demand quotas for Muslims in jobs and educational institutions in Maharashtra. Is this competitive polarisation by the Sena and the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen?
