Shiv Sena's Sanjay Nirupam Supports Encounter Of Badlapur Rape Accused
Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Nirupam supported Maharashtra police and the encounter of accused by them. He said that what happened in Badlapur, the revenge was taken by Police yesterday. He further slammed Opposition's stance on the case and prompted that no politics should be done on this.
Sanjay Nirupam said, "I want to ask the opposition that don't you think that the victims' families got the justice finally. Before the encounter, the accused tried to snatch the revolver of the policeman. Whatever happened in Badlapur, the revenge was taken yesterday.
What if something had happened to the policeman?... I am not saying that the encounter is a law. But sometimes, in such incidents, the culprit must be punished...I support the Maharashtra police...Now, when justice has been served, then no politics should be done on this..."
