Shivraj Chouhan's victory, not Narendra Modi's: Jyotiraditya Scindia on Madhya Pradesh results
The Congress in-charge of elections in Madhya Pradesh, Jyotiraditya Scindia, told NDTV that he does not consider Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi responsible for Shivraj Singh Chouhan's impressive hat-trick in the state. "We have failed miserable," he said.
