Former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi was adamant that Gurunath Meiyappan – who was arrested on Friday night - was the team owner of Chennai Super Kings and that the franchise should be eliminated from the league. Modi also felt that it is the fans and the teams who are suffering while the BCCI "makes merry".
