Should BCCI Lift Ban on Sreesanth? Kerala Backs Pacer's Return Despite Odds

Although Kerala are backing the former Indian Test pacer to play competitive cricket once again, the odds are not in Sreesanth's favour. Although the Patiala House Court has given Sreesanth, Ankeet Chavan and Ajit Chandila a clean chit, the BCCI is not amused because the players broke its Code of Conduct by linking with bookies. The Delhi Police is also likely to press charges of spot-fixing against the players in a higher court. Under the circumstances, Sreesanth's dream of playing the 2019 World Cup looks bleak.
