Should child rapists get the death penalty?
For a fourth day, large protests in Delhi expressed the widespread anger and frustration over the barbarous attack on a five-year-old. BJP leader Sushma Swaraj has demanded an all-party meeting to consider the death penalty for child rapists. But will that be an effective deterrent? Or is this just a knee jerk reaction?
