On this episode of Heads Up, Dilip Chenoy, Ex-Managing Director and CEO of National Skill Development Corporation and Sumit Kumar, Vice President of National Employability Through Apprenticeship Program (NETAP) at Teamlease Services, talk about how efficient India's skilling initiatives have been so far in creating a skilled workforce and how the country can end its long lasting battle with jobless growth.
