Should Nirbhaya Juvenile Convict Stay in Jail?
The juvenile delinquent convicted in the Nirbhaya gang-rape case is set to be released just around the third anniversary date of the brutal incident, after time served in a juvenile correctional facility. Nirbhaya's parents have now approached the National Human Rights Commission saying he should have no rights and that he remains a threat to society. They want his identity revealed. Are there valid grounds to detain the juvenile further?
