"Should Resign": Bhupinder Hooda On Sex Harassment Case Against Haryana Minister
"To have a free and fair inquiry, he (Sandeep Singh) should resign. The truth must come out...There should be a time bound enquiry," Bhupinder Singh Hooda, former Haryana Chief Minister, said when asked whether the probe would be affected considering state sports minister Sandeep Singh has not resigned in the wake of sexual assault allegation against him.
