The vote is in and just days from now, we'll know whose going to rule Uttar Pradesh. Today's voting marks the end of a campaign that lasted almost three months. While we saw the Prime Minister, his wingman Amit Shah, Behenji and the newly paired Akhilesh Yadav and Rahul Gandhi pay extra attention to just 40 out of 403 seats around Varanasi, the turnout was rather modest.
