As his new book titled 'Collective Choice And Social Welfare: Expanded Edition' releases this week, noted economist and Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen talks to NDTV about challenges facing the Indian economy, unrest on Indian campuses and what it means to be an 'anti-national'. "A 31 per cent vote share certainly does not allow you to label the remaining 69 per cent anti-national," he said, in a vocal indictment of remarks made by those close to the central government calling dissenting voices unpatriotic.
