'Bulli Bai', 'Sulli Deals': Online Space More Unsafe For Women
The fake online 'auction' of 100 Muslim women on the 'Bulli Bai' app this week has put the focus back on how digital spaces are becoming more unsafe for women in India. Photos were stolen and shared on the app on Github, an open-source community commonly used to host open-source projects This is a sequel to what happened six months ago when a similar 'sulli deals' was developed to auction Muslim women.
