Images of destruction come in from Sikkim, where a cloud burst caused flash floods that have wreaked havoc across the state. At least 40 people, including seven Armymen, have died in the Sikkim flash floods and the Army is carrying out extensive rescue operations for thousands stranded in the deluge.
