Sharing her take on her excellent performance in the UPSC 2022 exams, 1st rank holder Ishita Kishore credited the importance of discipline for such a result. She also stressed the need to have the required sincerity before committing to Civil Services. "It felt really good. Sincerity is important if you have taken such an important decision of serving in the Civil Services. Discipline is very important. You have to put in the hours. The family gave me a lot of support," Ms Kishore said.
