Situation in Barmer still critical
The situation in the flood-affected districts in south and southwest Rajasthan remains critical. Alteast 93 people have now died, 80 in Barmer district alone. The army, air force and the navy are carrying out relief work with much of the relief work being done by volunteers and other victims.
