Small industries face slowdown heat
Global recession is now impacting India. Not just the big players but small industrialists are also burning their hands. Over 4,500 small scale industries in Pune have reached zero productivity and more than 35,000 people have already lost their jobs. Pimpri-Chinchwad's industrial area outside Pune has been struggling in recent times with a slowdown in economy.
