Smart property options in Kolkata, Chennai
In this segment of the latest episode of the Property Show, we take a look at property options in Kolkata and Chennai. Dum Dum, VIP Road and Teghoria emerged as some of the good locations for a 1,000-1,200 sq. ft. property in a budget of Rs 35-40 lakh in north Kolkata. Dum Dum has done very well in terms of price appreciation and is slightly cheaper compared to options in VIP Road and Teghoria. Moving on to Chennai, Porur comes up as a good option for a 2BHK flat in a budget of Rs 50-70 lakh in terms of location, price appreciation and proximity to IT and manufacturing hubs.
