Smartlink sells Digilink to Schneider
Smartlink Networks System, which is into manufacturing, marketing and networking products, has sold its flagship brand Digilink to Schneider Electric for little over Rs 500 crore. Smartlink has entered into a five-year non-compete agreement with Schneider, with non-compete fee as part of the deal.
