A day after she was unexpectedly shifted from the high profile education ministry to textiles, if Smriti Irani was sulking, she didn't show it, at least in front of the cameras. All smiles as she took over her new portfolio, the feisty union minister laid out her plans and smiled when journalists asked her if this was demotion. "Kuch to log kahenge", she said.
