Solar PV Cells, Wind Turbines Get Boost In 'Clean Tech Manufacturing'
Finance minister Nirmala Sitharam is presenting the first full budget under Modi 3.0 government. This is also her 8th consecutive budget. In her opening speech, she said Viksit Bharat will have zero poverty, quality education, high-quality, affordable and comprehensive healthcare and that this budget will initiate reforms in 6 domains -- taxation, urban development, mining, financial sector, power and regulatory reforms.
