The mood in Mumbai remains sombre, with individuals scaling down on festivities and hotels scaling down year-end celebrations in the wake of the terror strikes. Media professional Devna Vohra is scheduled to marry in two weeks. The venue for her wedding was the Taj Mahal Hotel. But after the terror attacks the bride-to-be has drastically scaled down her wedding.
