"Some Places Have Become Safe Havens For Conversions": Anti-Conversion Case Petitioner
"Conversion is a problem affecting the whole country. There are some places that have become safe havens for conversions. For example, conversion is a crime in UP, Haryana but not in Delhi. We have the data to back this case. The Supreme Court has looked at the data and then only given these observations," says Ashwini Upadhyay, petitioner in the anti-conversion case, when asked what prompted him to file this case.
