Sonakshi Sinha To NDTV: "Some Directors Worship The Ground" Heroes Walk On
Sonakshi Sinha, who stars as the fierce Fareedan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi, spoke to NDTV on her journey in the Hindi film industry and on women being treated on equal terms. Looking back, Sonakshi said she started her career with films where the "hero was everything." She added that even today some directors "worship the ground" that the heroes walk on. Sonakshi added how things have changed over the years.
