Sonu Nigam Didn't Fulfill All Conditions, Won't Pay 10 Lakh: Cleric
After singer Sonu Nigam shaved his head in response to a fatwa, Syed Sha Atel Ali Al Quaderi of the West Bengal Minority United Council told NDTV that's he's not going to pay the reward of Rs 10 lakh because all his conditions hadn't been met.
