Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh are bracing for a cyclone. Deep depression in the Bay of Bengal has intensified into a cyclone, which is expected to cross between Nagapattinam in Tamil Nadu and Nellore in Andhra Pradesh later in the evening today.
