At the NDTV - DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance Behtar India Conclave, addressing the school students in the opening session, Environmental Activist - Bittu Sahgal told students to work with nature to be happier and make India a better place to live. So if we worship Yamuna so we should not add toxic elements into the river, he told students gathered in New Delhi for the students' conclave. He went on to tell students that while working to make India better, children should think as per Gandhiji's ideology of before you do anything, ask yourself if your act will help the poorest of the poor. Replying to a question on the role of the government, Mr Sahgal was of the view that government should ensure that the environment is such that it makes life of children better and happier.
