In October 2005, three bomb blasts claimed 66 lives in New Delhi. The victims of the dead found that with the grief came paperwork. Claiming the bodies, organizing last rites, pursuing compensation - there was work to be done. Help came in the form of people like Jagmohan Singh, who helped penniless Riyazuddin bury his nephew's body.
