Spectrum refarming: Tariffs will go up, service quality might suffer, say experts

We discuss the impact of spectrum refarming with Mohammad Chowdhury at PwC India. He feels that operators will find it difficult not to increase tariffs to take in the impact of refarming costs. With the 900 MHz spectrum being replaced with 1800 MHz, he feels that service quality might also suffer.
