SpiceJet's Ajay Singh On AME Apprenticeship Programme
In an interaction with NDTV Profit, SpiceJet chairman and managing director Ajay Singh says that with its one-year AME apprenticeship programme, the airline aims to fill the big gap between education and skills. The one-year programme includes three months of classroom work and nine months of practical training, he adds.
