SREI Infra on Viom, GTL merger
Hemant Kanoria, chairman and MD of SREI Infrastructure Finance, says it is too early to comment on whether Viom Networks is eyeing GTL Infrastructure or not. He said unless the company has a definitive proposal in hand it is difficult to comment on this. Viom is 53 per cent controlled by the Tatas. Kolkata-based Kanorias, founders of Srei, hold about 27 per cent while foreign institutional investors own 20 per cent.
