Sri Lanka blockade chokes Jaffna town

Jaffna in the north of Sri Lanka has been cut off from the rest of the county after the government shut down Highway A9, the lifeline for minority Tamils there. An NDTV crew traveled in the area and witnessed the worsening situation after fighting resumed in the separatist war between troops and Tamil rebels.
