Sri Lanka's envoy to India was recently quoted in a news report as saying that pro-LTTE lobbies are influencing India's Tamil MPs, a statement he later denied. NDTV spoke to Sri Lanka's presidential spokesperson about the controversy, where he extended an invitation to Indian lawmakers to visit the island country.
