Staines murder convict wants new life

Chenchu Hansda, the only minor among the 13 accused in the murder of Australian missionary Graham Staines and his two sons in Manoharpur in January 1999, has finally been released. A juvenile court had convicted him and slapped a 14-year term. He was then 13-years-old. The process for his release was initiated after the High Court acquitted 11 co-accused three years ago.
