Standard Chartered view on EU Summit
Standard Chartered chief economist Gerard Lyons, gives his views on the outcome of EU summit. The EU summit grew more positive after a large majority of European nations backed a Franco-German plan to enforce stricter budget discipline in an attempt to bring the euro debt crisis under control, vetoed by Britain.
