"The police case has to happen only if the speech that has been made is discriminatory and hate-filled. I don't think what our state president has said was either," said Naveen  Chitradurga, BJP spokesperson, on why police action has not been taken despite Supreme Court orders after Karnataka BJP chief Nalin Kumar Kateel asked people to "kill" all "ardent followers" of Tipu Sultan.
