Steelmakers selling power to maintain margins
In these times of crisis and shrinking margins, it is a fight for survival for the country's steel makers who are reeling under pressure of falling prices and rising inventories. At a merchant price of upto Rs 10 per unit for a short term - a premium over the Rs 3 per unit in case of a long term contract.
